Welcome, AMSSM's Education, Research and Internet Committees have developed this site for the 2005 Annual Conference abstract and presentation submission. You must now submit Online.

Patient Privacy/HIPAA Statement: AMSSM has always required that ALL abstracts, cases or presentations submitted for consideration, be devoid of any identifiable patient information (names, address, ids). Any submission that violates this requirement will not be accepted. Any electronically submitted presentation that violations of HIPAA regulations shall be the sole responsiblity of the submitting parties. For futher information contact AMSSM or see the HIPAA Web Site.

Requirements: All submitters must have a computer with standard web browser capable of printing out a web page. All presenters and submitters must have a valid internet email address.

Note: Any abstract that contains special charts, images, or characters should be submitted via the downloadable form to the AMSSM National office. The online forms can handle standard ASCII characters, no graphics.

Confirmation: After you have submitted you will get a web confirmation page, please print out this page as a confirmation of your submission. The presentor will also receive a copy of the submission form via email. In approximately one week (5 business days) you should receive an email confirming receipt of your submission.

Online Submission will close for Case Abstracts and 2 Minute 2 Slides on December 15, 2004.

Online Submission will close for Research Abstracts January 3, 2005.
