CASE OF THE MONTH

Please submit case as to stimulate learning of those who will read your case. Submit brief but pertinent history and physical without "giving away" the case. This will allow readers to construct their own differential diagnosis. Give us your initial differential diagnosis. Readers will not see this until they have the opportunity to come up with their own differential diagnosis. Submit labs, test and radiographs without review of results. This will allow readers to interpret this data on their own. Then submit these tests noting abnormalities (you may make markings on radiographs if needed.) We prefer that you submit any images in a JPEG format. These will need to be sent in a separate email to DavidRoss@mhd.com and mlane@amssm.org. Note final diagnosis based on labs, test, etc. Give brief discussion with references.
