Registration will begin on Saturday, April 7, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. and will continue throughout the conference. Registration includes:

Payment and registration form must be received by the registration deadline March 24, 2001. After this date, please call the AMSSM office to ensure space availability. Registration cancellations will be accepted in writing only and for a full refund until March 24, 2001. Cancellations after that time will not receive a refund. ACCOMMODATIONS DEADLINE: MARCH 12, 2001

All the educational sessions and exhibits will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at a rate of $172.00 for single and double occupancy. This does not include the 16.75% tax. The Hyatt requires a first nightÕs deposit and a 16.75% sales tax to accept and hold your reservation. This advance payment may be provided by credit card or check. Room and rate availability can only be guaranteed until March 12, 2001 or until the block of rooms is sold out. A 50% early departure fee will apply if the departure date is changed after check-in. Mail the enclosed hotel reservation form directly to the resort or call them at (210) 222-1234.
